PT Revia Konsultama Indonesia (“Revia”, “we”, or “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to www.revia.id. This policy explains how we manage information relating to Revia’s corporate website and the Contact Revia form.

This policy applies to www.revia.id, the Contact Revia form, and corporate communication through hello@revia.id. rencanaku.com, ARAH by Revia, and third-party websites may have their own privacy policies and data-handling processes.

When you contact Revia, we may receive your name, email address, organisation or company name when provided, inquiry type, message content, and basic technical information required for website functionality and security.
Please provide only relevant information. Do not submit medical data, patient documents, policy or claim numbers, CVs, identity documents, bank information, or other sensitive information through the corporate form.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to review and follow up on messages, manage communication about the company or collaboration, maintain website security and functionality, meet applicable obligations, and improve the website experience proportionately.
4. Service Providers and Disclosure

Revia does not sell visitors’ personal information.

The corporate form is not designed to store message copies in a website database. The production endpoint may process information only temporarily to deliver an email to hello@revia.id and must discard the temporary payload once the delivery attempt is complete, whether successful or unsuccessful.
The email copy remains in the hello@revia.id mailbox only for as long as needed to read and follow up on the inquiry. Once handling is complete, the email is deleted and Revia does not create an additional archive. Technical logs or backups managed by the email or hosting provider, if any, are subject to the provider’s settings and terms and must not be used for another purpose.
We apply proportionate administrative, technical, and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.
6. Cookies and Technology
The website may use cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality, security, and language preferences. If analytics or non-essential cookies are used, Revia will provide appropriate notice and choices where required.
Some technology providers may process or store information outside Indonesia. Where this occurs, Revia will use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service needs and applicable requirements.
